We make sure everyone in our LGBTQ+ community has the level of support they need to transition from incarceration back into society. That includes helping people navigate DSHS to get services, sign up for medical insurance, and find care. If you need something and can’t figure out how to find it, we can help guide you there.

Wraparound services
Our Case Managers will help get people set up with figuring out their environment, like riding the bus, navigating their cities, getting drivers licenses, and other day-to-day activities.
Planning for reentry
We help find resources that prepare people who are still incarcerated for a successful reentry and form a solid connection to the LGBTQ+ community.
Access to programs
In addition to our Care Closet and cash assistance for transgender individuals, we help connect people to other supporting organizations, such as pen pals and housing.
